I first met Murray when my wife and I were building our home. The team at Road Runner Glass installed shower and deck glass for our home. As well, Murray was asked by the window supplier to complete some post installation service work. From the first time I met Murray, I noticed how he took great pride in his work and wanted everything just right.
After living 2 years in our home we encountered some window warranty work that needed attention. Several larger windows needed replacement but the high location of the windows would prove challenging. I contacted Murray and Kaylene who were very willing to share their expertise to offer professional solutions.
With their advice, I contacted the window manufacturer who was able to coordinate a solution to address our warranty work. Along with their solution I was very pleased to find out that the team at Road Runner Glass was assigned the task of completing the work. From the day the work commenced the whole Road Runner team took extra care to avoid any potential damage to our home. Every step was well planned and prepared. Following completion of repairs the team also took great care to clean the windows and work areas.
As a homeowner I can appreciate why people do not enjoy warranty work but the team at Road Runner work hard to make it stress free. As I said, they are true professionals that are a pleasure to work with and I know you won't be disappointed.
